Steam退款方法介紹：

首先，這只是針對(duì)不會(huì)退款的新手而寫(xiě)的教程

1、例如GTA V，點(diǎn)擊庫(kù)中相應(yīng)游戲-點(diǎn)擊客服

2、看到如下界面(也可能出現(xiàn)下圖界面)，點(diǎn)擊紅框內(nèi)的圖示

這里我們以It's not what I excepted為例，進(jìn)行退款

PS：若進(jìn)行游戲2h以下，可點(diǎn)擊I purchased this by accident成功率更高

若2h以及更多，最好點(diǎn)擊It's not what I excepted

3、點(diǎn)擊紅框內(nèi)I'd like to request a refund，即我要退款

4、Refund to Alipay為退款到支付寶

Refund to my Steam wallet為退款到Steam錢(qián)包

值得注意的是，任何方式都可以退款到Steam錢(qián)包，而使用錢(qián)包的交易只能退款到錢(qián)包

5、可點(diǎn)擊以下兩選項(xiàng)進(jìn)行退款，并在Notes內(nèi)描述原因

(圖為樓主范本，可引用，成功率目前100%)

6、點(diǎn)擊Submit request，大功告成，在審核后2天內(nèi)退款到賬戶(hù)中

I’m writing this letter to complain about the game Grand Theft Auto and demand a full refund.

I bought the game on 24, February, looking forward to getting a surprise.
